1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be in the original packaging with all tags attached

Be free of stains, perfume, or signs of wear
Non-returnable items:

Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

Gift cards

Underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us:

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected (due to worn/damaged condition), the item will be sent back to you.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
